These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Karikadai app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App: a. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. b. Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or malicious code. c. Interfering with the operation of the App, its servers, or networks. d. Impersonating any person or entity or providing false information. e. Engaging in any activity that may harm the App's reputation or functionality. f. Collecting or harvesting any user data without permission.

2.3 Content Submission: If you choose to submit any content through the App, including reviews, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content.

1. Product Listings and Purchases:

3.1 Product Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on the App. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions or images. It is your responsibility to review the information provided by the seller and make an informed purchasing decision.

3.2 Pricing and Payments: Prices listed on the App are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment methods accepted will be outlined during the checkout process.

3.3 Order Fulfillment: We aim to process and fulfill orders promptly. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any products listed on the App. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute or cancel the order and provide a refund.

4.2 Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the App are the property of their respective owners. You are prohibited from using any trademarks without the owner's consent.

1. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law,Karikadai  and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

1. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Karikadai   and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

1. Modification and Termination:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Chennai. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in chennai.
